Dave Cavitt, President, 33 years with Sadler's, began his career at 18 as a delivery person.  His commitment and knowledge of the furniture industry propelled him to being named President of the "National Home Furnishings Association", the largest
     retail furniture association in the world.  He remains on the Past President
        Council of the NHFA.

           Rachel Cavitt serves as Secretary/Treasurer.  She is a past president of the 
             Anchorage Better Business Bureau.  She has also served on the "Interior
                Design Society's Board of Directors."

                    Dave and Rachel have been profiled in several furniture industry
                     publications including Furniture Retailer, Professional Furniture
                        Merchant, and Furniture Today.
